Started babysitting as a teenager for 2 boys in diapers for 5 days a week. A few times for my 3 cousins all under the age of 8. Direct babysitting turned into informal babysitting-taking care of your friends children. Understanding each child has good and bad traits, affects your actions. Because whether you fill in as a nanny for 5 minutes or all day, your response will weed out the bad, feed the good, or develop the qualities and personality of that young mind.
