I am a retired nurse who retired to take care of an infant grand daughter when she was born 4 1/2 years ago. She is now in preschool. I have always first and foremost been a caregiver since I was 12 years old as a babysitter, then bringing up 2 children and a grandson. I became a nurse at 38 years old and that brings me to the present. I have been married for 50+ years and a very hands on person who loves to be engaged with whom ever I am taking care of by playing, reading, arts and crafts, etc. I enjoy traveling, the ocean, needlepoint and going to my grandchildren's events. I also have experience with persons with special needs.
