Alexis quickly connected with my three active boys (14, 11 and 7). Provided guidance and transport for the oldest and kept the middle guy accountable on chores and homework. She was able to quickly learn how to best encourage and guide my youngest mischeivious angel who has Down Syndrome. She kept him on task, working on his reading and writing, and one step ahead of his diversions. Timely, patient and calm and not shy to just jump in and have rough and tumble fun. Would highly recommend her for any position with children including those with special needs. Her prior references that I called also sang of her accolades. Her class schedule prohibited her from continuing into the fall as our primary, but she will remain one of our go to backup nanny/sitters.
