I am a 24 year old newlywed! I just graduated from Vanguard University with a Bachelors in Music and Worship Studies with a minor in Theology. I recently moved to Seattle from Orange County with my Husband Dominik. I love the outdoors, going for walks, or exploring parks. When it is raining, I love playing games inside or watching movies. I am also very into the arts. I play guitar and piano and love to sing. For the past two years, I have been a nanny to 3 little girls. When i started, there were only 2 and they were 2 and 1 years old. The third was added 6 months ago and I was caring for a 3 year old, an almost 2 year old, and a new born. I have always had a huge heart for children and babies. I have worked in multiple churches assisting with childcare, as well as local neighbors and friends homes. I adore children and I am fully attentive to them at all times. I cannot stand when 'babysitters' think that their job is to just be present. I believe that the job of a nanny or babysitter is to also bring playtime, creativity, joy, as well as structure to each child. Every time a child is in my care, I make it a priority to do the things that they love to do (within boundaries of course). I want to be the one who sits down and shows care and interest in those activities. Not only does it bring security and love to the child being attended to, but it brings me loads of joy knowing that this small amount of time can impact their little lives in an even bigger way than people know.
