I have had about 5 years experience as a Nanny when I was quite a bit younger. For the past 15 years I have worked as a Dining Service Manager in Assisted Living Facilities and Senior Centers. Currently I am the Kitchen Manager at Camano Center, planning and preparing meals for Meals on Wheels and the congregate meal 3 days a week. I have CPR training and a Wa State Food Handlers permit. I love caring and preparing meals and baked goods for kids. Several years ago I worked as the lead cook for Campfire at Camp Killoqua. It was such a fun job and a real learning experience. On grilled cheese days I actually prepared 300-350 grilled cheese sandwiches by myself.
