Hello! My name is Shawnee and I have over 12 years of experience as a nanny. I have worked with the same family for the past five years while I attended college part-time. I absolutely love my job and would like the opportunity to continue working with children now that my work schedule has changed. I recently graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. At this point, I would like to supplement my income by caring for children on evenings and weekends. I believe that nurturing children is the single most rewarding job in the world! I love seeing the world through their eyes and helping them achieve their full potential. Some of my favorite activities to do with children include reading, nature walks (rain or shine!), cooking, art projects, and board games.
