Hello, I am a mature, healthy and energetic provider with many years experience with Infants, Toddlers and Children of all ages. I am available to areas of DuPont, Steilacoom, Lakewood and JBLM and some areas of Tacoma. . I am CPR/first aid certified, enhanced background checked and have a written reference from a local family among other references. My experience includes a college degree with training in child development and light medical training. I have worked with children in both the professional world and more recently as a childcare provider/nanny since 2014. Previously, I ran a licensed daycare in my home but now provide at the child's home. I love caring for children for many reasons. While they are keeping me young, I am able to provide protection, help them learn through play and more, fix them healthy meals , and provide a caring environment that will serve them both Read more now and in the future. I am willing to take them for walks, play outside or in, help with homework or projects and cook meals. I can also do their laundry if needed and help them learn to do chores. I am very attuned to the needs of infants and babies, also. I am a mother of three children, a young-hearted, active grandmother and have home schooled two children. I worked with children in my previous career. I am desiring to provide part to full time care during the Monday through Friday week anytime from 5 am through the early evening but can be flexible. I am willing to provide care for up to two children. I am also available for occasional care depending on the rest of my childcare schedule. I live in the DuPont area. Pay rate is somewhat flexible. My rate is $12-$17.00 per hour depending on the children's needs, special needs, numbers of children I'm caring for and if there are extra duties needed. I can work on a salaried basis and that can be discussed. Please contact me here and I will be back to you as soon as possible.
