We interviewed Kerry and she was fantastic in person. Very professional and knowledgeable and one of two interviewees who actually asked to 'meet' our son. We offered the position to her and she accepted. I sent the contract and tax paperwork and it was a bit silent. When I followed up with her (a week before she was to start), she replied that due to personal issues, she couldn't work with us. Yet her profile is still up and accepting inquiries. A shame, really. We were quite open about everything, but my gut says she didn't want taxes withheld even though she said it was fine, as that's when we lost contact with her briefly. Just a head's up to anyone interviewing with her.
