I nannied a little girl for two years, every third day for 24 hour periods. Essentially, I was her mother 1/3 of her life for those years. I loved it! Her and her mom moved out of the state so I was unable to keep working for them, but I enjoyed it immensely, and haven't found another job quite like it. I run an online blog, and want to work full-time aside from that, and I would absolutely love to work with children again! To me, the most rewarding aspect of working with children, is being part of their educational growth. I get to help them with homework, answer any questions they have about topics I'm knowledgeable about, do arts and crafts and various projects to expand their creative thinking, and so on.
