Since I was a young girl I've enjoyed working with children! I started caring for children at the age of thirteen. I have cared for children of various ages, from newborns, to toddlers, to elementary aged, to preteens. I have enjoyed the opportunities and obstacles immensely. I am a very responsible, fun-going, and creative individual. I believe in being extremely involved in the children's lives, setting a positive and energetic example as a role model. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because the ability to spend time with children, and help them learn and develop while having fun and experiencing new things. My goal as a Nanny is to dedicate my time to provide individual and experienced attention as well as a safe and secure stimulated environment. I Read more am willing to do light housekeeping, (children's laundry, picking up of toys, cleaning of the kitchen/bathroom) food preparation, as well as caring for any animals. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include I would like to incorporate outdoor activities; sports, hiking, biking, swimming as well as indoor activities; reading, arts and crafts, cooking, homework.
