Hi, my name is Serena Freeman. I am a long-time care provider for children of all ages and in January 2014 I gave birth to my first child. Serena was a part-time nanny/babysitter for our 5-month old, August. Our time with her has been wonderful. She engaged Gus in a number of activities to stimulate his development including reading, singing, sensory and play mat activities. She spent time outdoors with him as much as possible, taking him for long walks in his stroller or ergo carrier around the lake. She even had a unique swaddling technique that instantly put our son to sleep. At the end of his days with her, Gus was always happy and well cared for. At all times, Serena was professional, communicative, and responsive. She is an absolute delight and we would work with her indefinitely if we could.
