Hi everyone! I'm looking for some extra working babysitting to save up money for school and continue doing what I love.! I have worked as a child care provider for the last 6 years. I have previously worked as a full time nanny during summer, a morning and after school nanny through the school year and as a camp counselor. I have worked with children of all ages. While working as a morning nanny I was responsible for getting the children up in the morning, getting them dressed appropriately for the weather, getting their breakfast ready and lunches for school and making sure their homework and backpacks were ready for the day. As an after school nanny I helped with homework, made sure chores given by parents were done, transported to after school activities, and when there was time I planned arts and crafts and games. At Si View Community Read more Center, we had designated homework time, designated outdoor play and indoor gym games and I often ran arts and crafts when we did rotations. Each week we had a field trip to places like the zoo, water parks, or museums. I have worked with children of all ages. During trips I was responsible for up to 6 children on my own. The ages of the children at this camp were 4-12 years old. I also worked at the YMCA in their drop in child care center which had ages 6 moths to 4 years. Most importantly with all of my previous experience, the safety and well being of the children I was responsible for was my number one priority. Making sure the children were also happy and having fun is what kept me coming back. Child care is my passion and I plan to continue to work with children in my future career. I am CPR and first aid certified and have my own reliable insured car. Thank you for your consideration!
