About Me: My name is Madie Moore, I am 23 years old and moved over to Seattle from Spokane almost three years ago. I currently am working at chipotle in university village, and looking for an afternoon gig of some sort. I have worked many jobs that have furthered my customer service. I am looking for a nanny job because I would love to work with kids and to be apart of a child's life, helping them develop and grow in a positive light. I attended Washington State University back in 2011 majoring in nursing. I then moved to Hawaii and attended University of Hawaii-Hilo. After realizing living in Hawaii was a struggle financially, I moved back home to Spokane and worked 2 full time jobs. School is also a big priority for me therefore I am back in school at Bellevue college. I will just be taking online classes Read more this quarter, and graduating with my AA in general studies in a couple months. I then am joining the police academy in April. I would like to continue working through school as well, and would make sure to accommodate a family's needs. I love helping people and I am very good with kids, would love to find a family that I could provide, and care for. Experience: I am the oldest of 3 kids. I have a sister who is 15 and a younger brother who is 12. Being an older sister has been one of the best things I've ever experienced. I spent lots of time changing diapers and helping my mom out when they were younger. Being a role model to them means so much to me. I babysat for many family friends when I was younger, and was always the favorite babysitter, not only by the children but the parents as well. I consider myself a very highly qualified caregiver due to all the experience I have with kids. I am comfortable with kids of all ages. I also have no problem caring for children with any kind of disabilities. My passion for kids is something that is hard to put into words. I love being a part of their lives and helping and watching them grow and succeed in all that they want to do. Rather than being known as a "babysitter" I like to think of myself as more of a lifelong friend or role model. Kids are my light in life and I would love nothing more than to spend time with them.
