Hello, my names hayley. I am a loving and energetic nanny living in Renton,wa. Over the past 6 years i have had the blessing of working with 3 families, equaling out to 6 children. Two of the positions were 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. jobs and the other an on call. Currently, I get to care for and spend time with a beautiful 18-month-old foster girl every Sunday which is important for me to be available for. My work ethic: I believe that connecting with the child and understanding where they are coming from is very important. Showing them that you are truly interested in who they are, and what they are feeling is very important in making that bond that children need. I beleive in using positive recogniction and constructive redirection, along with rewarding them for good behavior.
