I've always loved kids. even when I was a kid I wanted to grow up to be a teacher (not that its necessarily what I want now, but you get the point). As I got older I began to want to babysit, as does and Thirteen year old that wants money. What made me different from the rest of my friends was that i truly loved babysitting. I've baby sat for multitudes of people in the last five years, but I can still remember each face and name of each child, because I always enjoyed what I was doing. Perhaps it was my brother who made me love to care for children so much. My brother has Autism, so its always been important to me that he gets that extra bit of attention that he needs and that other kids aren't mean and that his outlook on life is the Read more same as any other happy kid. Along with the basic baby sitting experience I have also House sat, and have an equal love for pets as I do children. I am currently a Senior in High School now, and will be graduating this summer. I am currently enrolled in a CPR/AED and First Aid class with Red Cross and will complete my training by Sept. 28. I am also taking a Basic Child Care class that will give me further insight on how to handle situations I haven't yet encountered. Along with my baby sitting experience I have additional experience in dealing with children because of my volunteer opportunities. Earlier this year I mentored a fifth grade student at Jason Lee for her Science Fair project, and received a letter of recommendation from my supervisor.
