Hi! My name is Vicky. Like many others, growing up I had a lot of passions. One of my passions is being around children and to provide a hand, through what I believe, are fundamental years of their life. Though I did not go on to pursue a teaching degree in college, as fate would have it, I was offered a job with the Bellevue School District as an office manager shortly after graduating from the University of Washington. This is my second year with the Bellevue School District. Now I can provide many reasons why I enjoy my job, but the best part of my job isn't the administration aspect, but the interactions that I have with the wonderful children at our school. I am consistently inspired by their innocence, imagination and creativity. Another wonderful aspect of my job is that I get to meet our children’s parent(s) and learn about their family. I understand that parents(s) have a lot to balance which is why some have reached out to me. I am currently babysitting for a family with two boys. I enjoy playing games, reading stories, doing outdoor activities, and simply interacting with them. Here are some additional relevant information about me that you might like to know. I am bilingual in Chinese and English. I am certified in CPR and first-aid. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends.
