Hello! My name is Mariel Sass. I am originally from Baltimore, MD but recently relocated to Seattle to attend the University of Washington for a Master's in Social Work starting Fall 2016. I have an undergraduate degree from Oberlin College in Gender/Sexuality and Feminist studies and Latin American Studies. Prior to moving to Seattle, I completed 2 years of AmeriCorps service in Baltimore running a mentoring program for youth ages 16-24. I have over 10 years of child care and education experience, including full-time nannying, homeschooling, tutoring, ESL, and being a classroom assistant in a pre-school. I have experience working with infants all the way up through teenagers. I am fluent in Spanish, and happy to speak to your children in Spanish.
