Hi! My name is Meredith and I am an outgoing, fun-loving 23-year-old with a broad range of experiences in childcare. I graduated from Auburn University last fall and recently moved to Seattle. During my senior year of college, I worked as a paraprofessional at a mental health day treatment program for kids from Kindergarten to 7th grade. In high school, I spent several summers as a nanny for 3-year-old twin boys. I've also had years of experience babysitting children of varying ages, from newborns to early teens. While the years of babysitting grew my comfortability and love for children, my position at the day treatment program gave me the professional skills crucial for anyone working in child care. I have been trained in de-escalating crisis behavior, CPR, First Aid, and defensive driving.
