My name is Roxi! A couple key facts about me list would definitely need to include that I prefer a night in with yarn crafts over most, I spend most of my time doing all sorts of crafts quite honestly, I love fantasy and imaginative stories, I also appreciate harsh reality, I love to sing and play music, and most importantly I like to surround myself with life and peace. For me that would come mostly from plants and youth. Children remind me of many wonderful things and they inspire me, they teach me, and I love teaching them. I have always loved children and from a very young age I've always asked to take on the responsibility of childcare for friends and neighbors. As I got older I started babysitting more frequently and being paid for it. When I turned 10 I was gifted a brother and I've spent Read more arguably too much time taking care of him since then. I would describe myself as someone who is very patient and understanding especially with children, and someone who yearns to provide all children with love, support, safety, inspiration, and joy. To all my deaf and hard of hearing families, I do have background in ASL but I still have much to learn as I have been out of practice for a while, but I am eager to get back into the swing of signing and I would love to grow with any child who needs it. I promise to care for you and your child as best as I can, to respect your wishes and your parenting styles, to help and not hinder your child's growth, and to keep things as clean as possible.
