I'm currently a caregiver in a residential group setting for teenagers with developmental and behavioral disabilities, and have been doing this for almost two years. I thoroughly enjoy working with kids, and getting the chance to interact, as they present such interesting view points and insights into the world around us. I want to be able to put parents' mind's at ease by providing care that they feel confident and safe with. I want to make sure that I'm providing a space that parent's feel comfortable with.
