I have worked with children of all ages for the last 13.5 years. I am the oldest of 11 and one of 14 children. I believe children are the most important beings on this earth and caring for them and teaching them should be the highest priority. I have two children of my own. My son is 15 and high functioning autistic. He is the reason I love working with children that other people find "behaviorally challenged." I like to teach through encouragement and fun activities. I also believe that structure is a very important part of a child's care. I have studied early childhood education at Highline Community College and am close to my two year degree.
