Hello Families, I am looking for a great opportunity and an 18-30hr per week position in your home. As a career Nanny my primary focus is YOU and your family's specific needs! General information -Currently I'm attending courses to become a childbirth educator, this entails extensive training in communication, family cohesion, infant health/wellbeing, and a love for teaching. -My schedule coincides with yours. I continue my education online and on my own time to be better available. -Current: TB test, American Heart Association Heart Saver CPR, AED, & First Aid etc. -My philosophy is that TV is not the caretaker nor should be the center of their day. I prefer the arts, playtime, and the zoo or park. -Breastmilk friendly and cloth diaper experienced. -Also very familiar with baby led weaning and solids. -Parenting styles such as attachment, peaceful, gentle parenting, and montessori concepts also a great fit. I understand Read more how hard it can be to find competent nurturing childcare. Because of that I take great joy in meeting your needs as cohesively as possible. Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me and please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.

Me and another mother teamed up and interviewed Kaila for a nanny share; each family would have Kaila for 2 days/week. After interviewing her and meeting with her, we liked her and offered the job. She accepted, and we started her the following week, part time. She sent us a forwarded email as a reference, but when we tried to contact the reference directly, we had no response. The first day went fine, but we still wanted to talk with a reference. We asked Kaila to get us in touch with her references, and she reported that she tried to email them. We set up our second day for her to nanny. She failed to text, call, email, or show up. Nothing. I find it strange that after pressing for a solid reference, she disappears. Perhaps her references did not have positive reports? I don't know. But I would not recommend spending time trying to hire Kaila.

This girl may seem nice but she is not trust worthy. We hired Kaila and one day she just never showed up. She put us in a bad situation, I had to leave my new job to go watch my boys. All of this was after she asked to have the day before off, so my husband called out sick and watched the boys. I don't recommend that anyone hire her.
