I have always loved working with children! My babysitting days started when I was 11. I babysat for friends and family all through middle and high school. Also during high school, I was a teacher for two different art camps (kids were ages 8-14). I was in charge of looking after, teaching, and directing the kids through daily lesson plans and activities. During undergrad studies, I was a teaching assistant for the Appleton Area School District for two consecutive summers with the Summer Shakespeare Consortium. I worked with the kids while teaching them Shakespeare by engaging their imaginations and personal skills (kids were ages 13-18). After graduation, I moved to Chicago, where I worked as a professional nanny for a little over a year for twin girls (age 3/4). I have experience with all age groups (infant-18), diaper changing, light food prep, and cleaning.
