My name is Arielle Holt and I have been working with Kids for 5 years now. My primary job has been working at MSCR at the after school programs with kids ranging from 5-10 to get myself through undergrad. I have learned a lot of skills in my time at MSCR. I’ve also had many baby sitting jobs where I’ve worked with infants as well. I’ve gained a lot of behavioral management skills and planing skills as well. Most recently I have been nannying part time for a family with one child aged 2, which has given me a lot of experience with toddlers that I previously didn’t have.
