Hello, my name is Steph. I've been a nanny for almost 7 years, for three separate families. I've nannied for infants, toddlers, and young kids. I can handle anything a kid can dish out and there pretty much isn't anything I haven't seen. The reason I'm currently looking is because the family I was just with, the mom quit her job for personal reasons to stay home full time. I treat every kid I've ever cared for as if it were my own. I still see and keep in touch with the previous families I've nannied for before this current family. In fact the little boy and girl I cared for for almost 5 years were my ring bearer and flower girl in my wedding. I love kids and love taking care of them and watch them grow and learn new things every day. I love to take them on Read more outings to the parks, zoo and library. I love to read and encourage it to the kids I care for. I paint and can read and sing music, so I hope your kids will enjoy doing that from time to time. I'm also an animal lover, so pets are always welcomed with me. I also like to be upfront and honest about things. I'm currently 8 months pregnant. The plan was to bring my baby back with me once my maternity leave was over and continue to care for the little boy I was with and my own baby. But since she has left her job to stay home, my situation has also changed. I'm hopeful to find another family that would be ok with this. I'd really like to continue nannying, but if I can't find a family that would allow this, I would probably have to stop being a nanny, which would be heartbreaking. I’m looking for a family that would be ok with me not starting until my little guy is at least 8 weeks old which should be around mid April or later. Or if they needed me to start now, would understand that I need to have at least 8 weeks off for maternity leave once he is born, he is due Feb 7th.
