I have many years of experience with all age groups. I have nannied and babysat for eight years caring for kids of all ages. Two summers ago I worked full time between two families. It was a challenge juggling both jobs but I really enjoyed it. The first family was a morning shift and I cared for a 1-year-old. For the second family, I worked in the afternoons caring for a 4-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy. This past summer I nannied for two 10-year-old girls from 8am-5 p.m. Monday through Fridays. I have completed three Child Guidance classes and I am ACCT (Assistant Child Care Teacher) certified. I am also Shaken Baby Syndrome and SIDs (Sudden Infant Death) certified. In addition, I've regularly volunteered at a kids' camp for the past four summers which involved playing games and teaching dance routines to young children. Through all this experience, I Read more have gained a real passion for working with kids and it has helped define a career path for me. Currently, I am a sophomore at UW-Oshkosh and am majoring in Elementary Education. I work at the Children Care and Learning Center in Oshkosh as a teacher assistant and work in the infant and toddlers classroom. I also am taking a class in March to become CPR certified. I am looking for a nanny job this upcoming summer 2016 as I will be living at my home in Sussex, WI.
