Hello, I have been working with children since I was young. I first started watching children after school when I was a teenager. During high school, I volunteered as a summer camp counselor for two years. I was also a mentor with big brothers big sisters for seven years to a young girl who is now 14 years old. Additionally, during college I volunteered as an after school tutor at an intermediate school. Besides my volunteer work with children, I babysat for a family with three children during college for three years. Currently, I babysit for a family with three children ages 3, 5 and 7 weekly. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology and I am attending graduate school for school counseling. I hope to make a difference in the lives of children as a school counselor one day.
