I grew up breeding outdoor dogs with my father, in a house with cats, birds, and fish. I have spent most of my adult life living outside the US, and have had some experience with just about any domesticated animal as well as wild animals you may never have thought could be domesticated.

The photo is quite old, taken when working at a farm in Mexico, with a full-grown dwarf deer.

I have historically traveled too frequently to have animals of my own. I do not work when I am at home in Arizona where I spend most of my time now, giving me the perfect opportunity to care for animals. My home has a back yard that is completely secured with cement walls. Inside is a single floor with vaulted ceilings, comfortable for indoor animals.

My only son lives with me most of the time and is very kind to all creatures big and small, so I prefer the animal not have any fear or phobia of children otherwise its logistically difficult, but not impossible.

I will take on just about any animal but most likely only one at a time unless it is a single owner with animals that are accustomed to each other. I need more notice for more dangerous animals.

Check-in's and visits are relegated to immediate area only - South Peoria/North Glendale. I have vehicles large enough to support large animals if necessary. Discounted rates for stays longer than one day.
