My personal pets have ranged from chinchillas and rats to toads, snakes, lizards, fish, chickens, and a horse. I have often fostered opossums for release, as well as, feral kittens so that they may be adopted. I am a trust worthy, reliable, and sensible person; who would ensure your animals receive the best care possible.
I have previous experience working with a range of exotic and domestic animals. Most of that experience has been through organizations. I have worked with opossums, squirrels, skunks, and fawns at a rescue and rehab center. I’ve worked with reptiles, amphibians, and even some care with arachnids at a Nature Center. I also have experience working with Gibbons, a type ape, at a conservation center; where I was trained as a caregiver. Currently, I am working as a veterinary technician. Although, recently I reduced my hours at the clinic due the start of a new school semester, and the long demanding hours required at the clinic. My experience with house/pet sitting is mostly through friends, word of mouth or through the clinic. At the clinic, I have worked with our boarders (cats and dogs), and preformed therapeutic rehabilitation on many of our recovering patients. I have also done house visits for rehab sessions.
