First, a few things about me. The biggest thing I think anyone should know about me is that I'm transgender (FtM). I know this might turn off some people from hiring me, so it's better to get it out of the way here. Other, not so important things would have to be, I'm not very athletic right now. Though I will play/walk/etc any pets or children as best I can. I haven't finished highschool, reasons of which I can discuss personally, but it's nothing terrible, and I will of course always advicate that kids stay in school and do well.

On the topic of childcare, I've been taking care of nieces and nephews since I was rather young. I started when I was about six or seven, taking care of my sister's new born while the adults did chores and such. Between twelve to fifteen I took care of my other sister's son when she had to work, there were no adults in the house, etc. That could be between half and hour to most of the day. In the past few years I've taken care of my other sisters children (ages between 3-10) briefly, and my friend's newborn. Though I'm not the best when it comes to toddlers or young pre-teens, I can still be an effective child sitter while also being a bit of a friend. I can also work with kids on school work, though I didn't graduate or get the best grades, I did happen to do extremely well with work that I did.

For pets, it's a bit more simple. My whole life I've grown up with dogs and cats. Currently I have three dogs in my house, well taken care of though I could use to train them better. I also have a cat, though since we got our new dogs shes much more of an out door cat. I typically prefer working with animals, simply because I seem to connect with them a bit better than kids or teens. I love just about any animal as well, so I can work with a variety of pets if needed as long as any specific needs are listed before I'm left to work.
