I've loved dogs since I was a kid. He was a blonde Cockapoo. I named him Sham for Shamrock. The reason is a long story.

As an adult I've had many dogs. I volunteered for Friends for Life on Eureka for 4-5 yrs. working with Linda Hall-Martin. Getting to work with all the dogs was rewarding especially whrn they found their forever home.
When I see people with their dogs I always notice the dog first. I usually talk to them & get to pet the dog.
I haven't pet sit before but when I had my house cleaning business pet care including walking the dog was sometimes included
I had a dream of starting a dog rescue home where they are loved. cared for as they should be. ai was going to call it Rocky's Retreat after the last dog I had. But unfortunately it never happened.
As a volunteer with FFL I had experience working with nany different breeds and happily discovered something. I worked with many Bitbulls in that tome and discovered for myself that it is not the dog that can be dsngerous its what the human does to the dog. Any dog csn be trained to be aggressive even a poodle.
I live spending time wiyh, caring for and making sure they get treated with love, gentleness snd respect every dog deserves. MUST LOVE DOGS IS MORE THAN A SLOGAN TO ME IT'S MY LIFE.
I'm not able to have a dog at this time and caring for yours would be a gret pleasure for me.
