I have volunteered at the local animal shelter in Colorado (where I recently moved from) for about eleven years. I fostered 3 day old abandon kittens which required waking up every three hours to bottle feed and clean them. I also fostered adult cats including pregnant females. I lived in Mexico on and off and worked with an animal rescue group there by going on rescue missions and fostering and finding homes for puppies and kittens. I have also worked at a veterinary clinic where I walked, fed and groomed dogs during the summer. I have owned dogs, cats, lizards, frogs, fish, llamas, goats, hermit crabs and many more. I absolutely love animals and believe that every animal should be treated with love and kindness.
