Shiree was carefully selected, interviewed on the phone and in person, then offered a job by my husband and I to watch my two little girls 2-3 days per week from 6a-4p.
She is nice, clean appearance, and interacted with my children nicely. Well educated, bi-lingual, and eager to start.

Two weeks after she accepted the position, she called to inform me that she is on medications that make it hard for her to stay awake until after 9am or so. A sleepy childcare provider does not work for a mother of a 6 mo old and two year old, my work schedule does not accommodate a 9 am start time either.

I appreciate her honesty about the medication, she admitted she was unsafe to care for my girls, but Im disappointed that she accepted the job and I now have no one lined up for the care I needed. Im also concerned that her profile is still up stating she is available during her drowsy hours.
