Hi,
My name is Raquel I am a 23 year old born and raised in San Jose. Currently finishing up my last semester at St. Mary's College of California in Moraga. Ever since I was a child I have always loved spending time with animals and taking care of them. I had my first dog at age 10, a beautiful male cocker spaniel. At age 14-16 I added 2 more dogs to my pack, a mini schnauzer, and pomeranian/chihuahua mix. I've always been fascinated by how animals can communicate and express emotions without using words. In order to help pay for college during my Freshman-Junior years I would dog walk, house-sit, for many different families in the Moraga, Lafayette, and Orinda area. I loved getting to know the many dogs, cats and people, and they appreciated the love and passion I have for all animals. I enjoy the company of all the different dogs and cats I worked with as well as making them and their owners happy! I've recently moved back to San Jose, and miss a lot of my past pets, so I thought I'd start offering my services in San Jose. People always tease because I treat my dogs as humans, but for me they are not just pets in our household, they have become a part of our family :)
