I have loved animals since I was little. The job part began with taking care of neighbor's homes when they went out of town. It began with simple tasks, such as collecting mail and newspapers and watering the plants. Eventually, this evolved into animal care, including feedings, walks, administering medications and staying overnight at the house (if needed). I had a few close neighbors and families that trusted me early on, despite my young age. Once I could drive, I was able to reach a broader range of homes, and that is when it really became a successful part-time job for me throughout high school and college. I was fortunate enough to have amazing referrals that kept me busy with all kinds of care-taking tasks, which meant I never needed to create a profile for myself. However, I have recently moved to Scotts Valley, and am hoping to start a new clientele up here.
