I have had a passion for caring for animals since I can remember. Over my high school career I completed 2 internships at the Humane Society in Durango, CO. Learning about basic dog handling and care, dog behavior, and socialization. I even organized a rescue mission with the shelter to bring back some dogs from the reservation to be adopted. Also I have been working at a boarding & grooming house for cats and dogs for about 1 year now. My future career interests include grooming, working with shelter animals or studying animal science.
