I am a recent Veterinary Technician graduate. I have a wonderful cat, dog and hedgehog of my own that I care for. I moved to Tampa because I wanted to explore somewhere different. I have always loved animals and want to help them as a life long career and hobby. Animals have always been a passion of mine and a way of life. I am particularly fond of wild animals and protecting endangered species from bad people or environments. I have three years of doggy daycare experience. Which included minor disciplinary training and correcting bad mannerisms for rowdy dogs, I supervised in the play yards to prevent dog fights, and administered feeding times along with giving dogs proper medication provided by owners and DVM's. I also have five years of animal care-giving and house sitting experience. I first began this line of work in Oklahoma for my second cousin. She has a Yorkshire terrier and a Russian blue feline. I was also an animal caregiver and house sitter for a nice lady in Carbondale who has two beautiful German Shepard's. I became a caregiver because I love animals and enjoy providing excellent service to those who go out of town or have a busy lifestyle. I love my job because it gives me comfort knowing I can help out both the animals and owners with whatever they may need. Also because I love meeting new animals and learning their different personalities. I believe what makes me good at my job is I am kindhearted, gentle, patient and caring. I have a loving positive aura and animals can sense that. Other good qualities that make me good at my job are I'm athletic, love being outdoors, respectful, hard-working, and genuinely love what I do.
