NOTE: I do exclusively OVERNIGHT pet sitting in the OWNER's home and my rates are negotiable.

I'm available to overnight house-pet sit in just about ANY state in the USA, but especially in the greater Austin TX and New Haven CT areas where I have home-bases.

I also do international house-pet sitting, and maintain a home base in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I'm reliable, responsible, and I will look after your furry loved ones as if they were my own.

A professional with several advanced/graduate degrees in the social sciences, small business owner, semi-retired.

My schedule is flexible, and contacting me last minute is not a problem.

Available for extended periods, of up to a year.

EXPERIENCE:

-30+ years experience as a house/pet/plant sitter.

-Intuitive connection with most animals. I'm great with dogs. But I have a special connection with cats, and I'm something of a cat whisperer.

-Experience with elderly and special needs animals.

-Worked many summers on a CT dairy farm that has been in our family for five generations (experienced with farm animals).

-Home owner, who has cared for and managed real estate in multiple countries.

-Know how to maintain a home swimming pool, unfortunately !

-Skilled gardener with indoor and outdoor plants, and worked at a plant nursery.

-Adapt easily to new situations. Equally comfortable in rural and urban settings.

- Bi-lingual English/Spanish (and I "get by" in four additional languages).

- Smoke free, alcohol free, gluten free vegetarian
