I became a caregiver while working in an animal hospital and kennel. Within the kennel, we offered doggy day care and I was able to interact with a variety of breeds and get to know their owners. It wasn't long before we developed a relationship and I started taking offers to pet sit for them while they were away. I love taking care of and interacting with animals in their own homes where they feel most comfortable. I am physically fit and able to take them out on wood trails or at a local park. I have experience and extra love for the elderly and would be willing to take slow walks to prolong their health. I became a caregiver because I have a love for interacting with dogs and cats, concern for their well-being and enjoy giving them loving care. I am good at what I do because they feel comfortable in my presence and I have the privilege to meet their needs while their owners are away.
