Rachel babysat our two kids ages 5 & 8 while we were in town for a wedding. She reached out about a week before to confirm details and ask about expectations. She arrived on time and our kids immediately took to her. She made them dinner, was actively engaged with them, and responded quickly when I checked in with her.
