I was part of the Spay / Neuter release program in Rhode Island and Northern CT, I negotiated truck loads of food for all no kill shelters in Rhode Island and Northern CT from a food chain. I have worked my entire life to rescue, tame and place feral kittens for placement in good homes. I worked closely with a Veterinarian in Stonington CT to spay female feral cats, (for $15.00), and neuter male cats (for $10.00) I have experience with training dogs with a certified dog trainer.
