My name is Michele, I am 28 years old and have grown up My name is Michele, I am a 28 years old and grew up traveling around tropical countries since I can remember. Because of my parents jobs (Agronomist and Biologist-Ecologist) we have lived in Belize, Africa and Mexico amongst other places, where very often I would accompany them to the field, jungle and desert.
I love nature and because of my background, I grew up close to many animals of all shapes and sizes.
Throughout my life I have had the privilege to care for different animals. I wouldn’t call them pets they are more like family members.
We have a parrot and a coati in Mexico which both are living happily in the wild and sometimes come back to visit. We cared for them as young babies always leaving doors and windows open until they felt comfortable leaving.
We also had horses and deer.

I have experience with various types of parrots and other birds. I have cared for mice, rats, snakes and fish.

I often get asked if I am a dog or a cat person. I don’t know why you have to be one or the other.
I really love all animals, and the same comes to cats and dogs.
We have 2 big Rhodesian ridgebacks back at my parents in Mexico which I would walk with, play with and talk to regularly.
Yes, I do talk to my dogs. And even though I know they will never talk back. They do understand me and enjoy the affection and attention. As any animal does.
