Gretchen is an exceptional nanny, especially with babies and young children. For the last year and half, she has been a nanny to our three little kids, who our now 18 months, 5, and 8 year olds. She is professional, reliable, honest, attentive, and safe. She built a strong relationship with the entire family and maintained a consistent and dependable work ethic throughout her tenure. When she was at our house, the kids received her full attention and we knew the kids would be safe and in a positive environment. Gretchen’ attention was always properly focused. She provided plenty of activity to keep all three kids physically and mentally engaged, which is a challenge with three kids and different ages. But with her experience and can do attitude, she made it work. In addition, she kept the house orderly and clean, another challenge with three young ones running around.
