My past experience in pet sitting was caring for my roommates three dogs while she was at work.
I'm 38 and recently moved for Memphis to live with my ageing parents. they welcomed a helping hand around the house. I keep up the yard and haul and stack all the wood they love to burn over the winter.
I was on the road as a truck driver for several years, and to tell the truth it's nice to be in one place. My parents have done a lot for me, and it's nice to give back a little.
I'm a light sleeper, should your dog have needs during the night. I have had dogs all of my life and I'm a animal lover all the way around. Before dogs I had cats. Right now I have my best friend, a King Charles Springier Spaniel, her name is Jenna and she is 3 yrs old. My parents dog is a black lab mix, and they have internal clocks which tick down , because just about the same time everyday they ask to be walked. Jumping up on my lap if I'm on the couch, or pacing back and forth till I get the idea. I try to hold off saying the words park or walk because then it's a scurrying of excitement, and when they see there leases it's a mad dash for the door. Sometimes it's the dog park sometimes it's the stream. I think there favorite is the stream that's close to the house. Buddy spends most of his time in it, weather permitting.
My experience so far moving to Atlanta has been a very pleasant one. Spending time with my parents and also my brother who lives close by with his wife and there two children. Getting to know my nice and nephew has been a very rewarding experience. Spending time with them makes me want some of my own. Those kids are the best.
Another plus for me living here in Atlanta are the sports I can enjoy. I've played volleyball, and golf for years, and now I'm adding tennis to my most favorite new sport. I've even joined a team.
So this bring me back to why I would love to be your dog sitter. Kennesaw is just around the cornier and I have my days free to help out my mom( she has Lupus), and she needs help now and then. Also having a little spending money keeps me playing sports. This is a win win for me. I hope you feel the same.
