I have 4 solid years of training in customer service experience feilds. I also have the experience needed to deal directly with customers over the telecom. I have also a strong love for animals, I have nurtured a fallen baby bird from nest to health in 2 weeks. I have always been drawn to animals as o feel they have to me. I have always had great experiences with getting shy/scared dogs or animals to respond well to me. I love to walk in my free time read and write. Right now I am looking toward a new career path in life and want to expand my knowledge and skill sets to better my education.
