I LOVE dogs. I have owned dogs all my life, and I currently have two of my own (a chihuahua and a chihuahua mix). I volunteer at pet rescues, and I dream of someday opening a non-profit dog rehabilitation center (like the dog whisperer :)). I consider pets important members of the family who deserve the attention and love they give to us unconditionally. I believe that exercise and being active is extremely important for their overall health, and that walking the dogs is important for them to understand who's boss. Dogs foremost need to know who the 'pack leader' is, and then exercise comes next, and then play and love and coddling after.

Kristy was a part-time nanny for our 16-month old daughter during the summer. She was wonderful! She brought a lot of engaging toys for her to play with and was constantly looking for new activities to keep her occupied. She was always on time and was really communicative. We wished she could have worked for us longer!
