We hired Erica to watch our two boys for a date night while we were on vacation. She was available with short notice, arrived on time, and was super sweet. My boys said they had a great time with her and I was super excited to come back to a cleaned up house - what a nice Bonus! I wish we lived in Hawaii as sitters like Erica are hard to come by at home. Don't hesitate in hiring Erica she's great.

Erica agreed to babysit my son every Sunday afternoon for a few hours, just like I had requested in my job posting by she didn't follow through. She babysat once after our initial interview and then totally flaked out the next weekend. Didn't even have the decency to let me know that she wasn't coming. She wore her Bluetooth headset so she could take cell phone calls for the majority of the time she was with my son the one time she did babysit him. I would not recommend hiring her.

I have 2 toddlers, a 2 and 3 year old, who just love Ms. Erica. She has always been accommodating with us and just pours her heart into my little ones. She is always bringing them fresh fruit as a snack and special treats on their birthday. She is very thoughtful, considerate, and flexible. I highly recommend her!!
