I started my own pet sitting business in 2015 in Normal, IL, after retiring from Country Financial. I cared for dogs and cats, with an occasional fish and lizard thrown in. I stayed at the client's home 24/7 while they were away. Most customers were traveling for a 1-2 week period, although others would be gone for a month at a time. I did have clients with cats that only required daily visits to clean litter pans, provide fresh food and water and some daily love and playtime. Owners received a daily email or text message update with a photo of their pets. In person intertviews were conducted prior to the first sitting experience to insure that your pet and I were compatible and the owner and sitter were at ease with each other.

I am a pet owner and understand that your pet is an integral part of your family. You want to be sure they get the best possible care while you are away. Being in their home environment makes for a much happier pet.
