Let me love your dog!
I have been a dog owner my entire life. I volunteer at local shelters, donate to the beagle freedom project, and live cruelty-free. I have a variety of experience from previously working as a doggie daycare attendant. I recieved dog CPR training/ certification, dog behavioral training, stressors to look out for, and proper medication administration, all thru this job. I built relationships with each and every one of my dogs. I had songs for some, and others, it was all about knowing their quirks, (like how Grandma Toby would only eat out of your hand- not off the paper plate). Contrary to popular belief, doggie daycares aren't particulary fond of this idea- giving out special attention. (They like to focus on having the dogs playing with other dogs, but you try being in a yard with 35 dogs and not participating.) Needless to say, I was a trouble maker, who was forced into reception. But this new deal provided me with a much more fitting job opportunity. To take the love home! A number of clients hired me to dog sit at their homes, rather than boarding, and this side job became the only job. And now, I'm making my way out to LA, and looking for even more dogs to love on!
