I have so much fun with all my guest dogs and I spoil them on their dog vacay just like they were my own! During your pet's stay you can expect constant supervision, lots of play: fetch, tug, a giggle ball! a daily walk, trips to the dog park (with your approval), feeding, and plenty of snuggles and ear scratches, all complimented with yummy treats for good behavior! Your pet will enjoy their stay and will probably go home exhausted from all the fun and activity.

Here's A Bit About My Background:

Hi, I'm Heather! I'm located in Fincastle just on the edge of Crestwood and Prospect. I have been surrounded by pets my whole life and am an animal lover to my core! Growing up as an only child, I bonded quickly with all my pets and loved each as the family members they were. My love of animals probably even started before I was born. My parents raised Irish Setter puppies and trained them in competitive dog shows. And my father, who is blind, had a couple of seeing eye dogs that he worked diligently to train.

Some of the breeds I've owned are: Golden Retrievers, Irish Setters, Beagles, Springer Spaniels, Labrador Retrievers, and Australian Shepherds. I have also owned non-canine friends, such as: rabbits, cats, and horses, I love all animals, but must admit I am a bit biased towards the ones with fur, reptiles can be cute- but from a distance!

Currently living with me in my house is an Australian Shepherd named Oscar (2yrs) and two cats, Lenny (8yrs) and Bella (4yrs), all of which have been rescued and are very good around new animals. I am also a mother to a 3 year old son named Ben. Ben has started preschool this year and is in school full time on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but loves playing with our pets when he is at home. Since we raised Oscar as a puppy, Ben has learned to treat animals with respect and is very gentle when petting them.

My family and I live in a fairly large tri- level home with plenty of open space for activity. We also have a fully enclosed sunroom, small deck, and a small back yard for playing outdoors. On a typical day, your pe
